If you are moving out, you need to be checked out by no later than Saturday April 10th at 6:00 PM.
If you are staying, but moving apartments, you need to be moved into your new apartment by no later than Saturday April 10th at 10:00 PM.
If you are staying in the same apartment, you do not need to use your checkout form unless you are leaving for the week.
