Here's what we have for you:
· Perkins has a extra long twin-size lofted bed (approximately 61 inches above the floor) with railings (upon request) per person.
· A mattress cover for each bed
· One three-drawer dresser per person
· One desk and chair per person
· Four feet of closet space per person
· Kitchen table and four chairs
· One shelf by each bed
· Microwave, refrigerator, and stove
· Dishwasher
· Pantry in the kitchen
· Two sofas in the living room
· Marker board
· Vacuum
· Broom and dustpan
· Mirror
· Satellite TV/DVD in main lounge
· Piano and satellite TV/DVD in the upper lounge
· Coin-op laundry facilities
· Wireless Internet – requires a G or N wireless card and Windows XP, Service Pack II, Vista, or Mac OS operating system
· Public phone free local calls, located in the main lounge -- the number is 208-496-9225. There is no voicemail on this phone, think of it more like a phone booth.

Carpet color is berry and the living room furniture sets are neutral light brown with subtle berry accents. Each apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Each bedroom has burgundy drapes and the living room and kitchen have white blinds with a burgundy topper. Bedrooms are approximately 120 square feet.

You Will Need To Furnish The Following Items (if you use them):
· Bedding – extra long twin sheets (80 inches), blankets, pillow, pillowcases
· Towels/washcloths/shower mat
· Personal items
· Alarm clock, if desired (one is not provided)
· Flashlight – use of matches and candles are prohibited
· Soap, toilet paper, and other toiletries
· Hangers
· Iron & iron board (they have small ones that travel well)
· Lamp for desk, if desired
· Dishes, pans, kitchen utensils, toaster, hot-air popcorn popper, etc.
· Laundry soap
· Cell phone or long-distance calling card –
· UHU Sticky Tac or 3M removable strips/hooks (to hang decorations on walls)***Please use materials that say "NO RESIDUE" when the product is removed...

Cleaning supplies
· Garbage liners: the kitchen wastebasket is 13 gallons. My husband and I purchase the 30 gallon bags so we have extra room to collect the garbage from the rest of the apartment before we take it out. It's totally up to you :)
· Small wastebasket for bedroom (if desired)
· Mop/rags to clean apartment
· Gloves for cleaning
· Oven Cleaner
· Bleach (small one will do)
· Kitchen Degreaser
· Dish soap
· Dishwasher Detergent
· Kitchen scrub brush
· Paper Towels
· SOS pads/steel wool pads
· New drip pans (if needed...check with your apartment's stove to see which kind...install these at the end of the semester so you don't have to scrub the current ones).
